What Is a Rotary Vibrating Screen?
The COXZ Rotary Vibrating Screen is designed for the pre-cleaning of paddy, wheat, corn and other compatible grains in medium- to high-capacity processing lines.
Controlled feeding distributes grain across multiple screen layers. The rotary and vibrating motion separates coarse impurities, small impurities and fines according to particle size. When connected to an aspiration system, the machine can also help remove dust and light impurities.
The Rotary Vibrating Screen can be installed before grain drying, silo storage or rice processing and integrated with conveying, destoning, magnetic separation and dust-collection equipment.
Key Features
Medium- to High-Capacity Cleaning
The Rotary Vibrating Screen is suitable for grain receiving and processing lines requiring higher throughput than compact vibratory cleaners.
Multi-Layer Screening
Selected screen layers provide separate discharge paths for coarse impurities, fine impurities and clean grain.
Uniform Feed Distribution
The feeding system spreads grain across the available screen width to support stable and consistent screening.
Rotary and Vibrating Motion
The combined screen motion promotes grain movement and separation across the working screen area.
Optional Aspiration
The cleaner can connect to an aspiration and dust-collection system for light-impurity and dust removal.
Complete System Integration
The Rotary Vibrating Screen can operate independently or as part of a grain receiving, cleaning, drying, storage or rice-processing system.

How the Rotary Vibrating Screen Works
Incoming grain enters the feeding section and is distributed across the screen decks. Rotary and vibrating motion moves the material forward and helps separate it according to particle size.
Coarse impurities remain on the upper screen and leave through the coarse-impurity outlet. Small impurities and fines pass through the selected lower screens. Clean grain moves through a separate outlet to the next process.
When aspiration is included, light impurities and dust are removed through the connected airflow system.
Process Flow:
Controlled Feeding → Multi-Layer Screening → Coarse and Fine Separation → Optional Aspiration → Clean Grain Discharge

Rotary Vibrating Screen Application
The COXZ Rotary Vibrating Screen can be used in:
- Paddy drying plants
- Grain receiving systems
- Grain silo intake lines
- Rice mills
- Wheat and corn processing
- Feed and mixed-grain lines

Typical System Flow
Grain Receiving → COXZ Pre-Cleaning → Destoning or Magnetic Separation → Drying, Storage or Processing
The COXZ mainly separates material by particle size. A destoner, magnetic separator or color sorter should be added when the process requires other separation methods.

FAQ
What impurities can the COXZ remove?
It removes large impurities, small impurities and fines according to particle size. Light impurities and dust can be removed when the cleaner is connected to an aspiration system.
Can it be installed before a grain dryer?
Yes. It can reduce impurities before grain enters the buffer bin or dryer. The selected capacity should match the peak intake rate and dryer throughput.
Can one machine process different grains?
Potentially. Paddy, wheat, corn and other compatible grains may require different screen perforations, feed settings and aspiration adjustments.
Does the COXZ remove stones?
It cannot reliably remove stones that are similar in size to grain. A destoner is recommended when heavy mineral impurities must be removed.
How is the correct model selected?
Selection depends on grain type, required capacity, moisture, impurity level, screen configuration, cleaning target and available installation space.
Can it connect to a dust-removal system?
Yes. It can connect to an aspiration channel, fan, ducting and dust collector designed for the complete grain-cleaning line.
