The HZZD Multi-Deck Rotary Cleaner is designed for high-capacity grain pre-cleaning and size separation.
Incoming grain is distributed across multiple screen decks to remove oversized impurities, small impurities and fines. When connected to an aspiration system, it can also help remove dust and light impurities.
The Rotary Cleaner is suitable for paddy, wheat, corn and other compatible grains. It is commonly installed in large grain receiving systems, dryer plants, silo storage projects and rice-processing lines.

How It Works
Grain enters the feeding section and is distributed evenly across multiple screen decks. Rotary motion moves the material forward while selected screen perforations separate impurities according to particle size.
Large impurities remain on the upper screens. Small impurities and fines pass through the lower screens, while clean grain moves to the next process.
When aspiration is included, light impurities and dust are removed through the connected airflow system.

Is the HZZD a cleaner or a grader?
It is primarily a high-capacity grain cleaner. With the appropriate screen configuration, it can also separate grain into selected size fractions.
Can it be installed before a grain dryer?
Yes. It can remove impurities before grain enters the buffer bin or dryer. The cleaner capacity should match the peak receiving rate and dryer throughput.
Can it process different grains?
Yes. It can process paddy, wheat, corn and other compatible grains. Different grains may require different screen perforations and operating settings.
Does it remove stones?
It cannot reliably remove stones that are similar in size to grain. A destoner is recommended when heavy mineral impurities must be removed.
